For a $30,000 turbo kit plus install, plus the engine build it BETTER move like that.
Good guys to talk too though.
Yeah, the price is ridiculous but the effort/engineering put into the kit is ridiculous.
Recently some of the built motors had been burning oil/losing compression. HPF ‘recalled’ the cars who had received built motors, ripped them apart, checked clearances, and totally rebuilt them again. Free of charge. Like 10 motors.
That shows a couple things:
How ridiculously high their profit margin is.
How dedicated they are to customer service.
How insanely anal they are :rofl.
I doubt many of the motors needed a rebuild by other shops standards, but HPF bit the bullet on that one.
Also, any parts that go under a redesign such as a few Meth Injection parts, turbo’s intake, etc. get replaced on the previously “HPF’d” cars for free!
HPF shop is awesome. back before they bought out Torque Freaks we had a few evo dyno days there. good group of guys, really nice facility.
