Good idea adding a link.

Yes, that is the house.

GLWS Greg.

Hrm… would be perfect if I planned to move back sooner…

I can’t believe you put this up without mentioning the garage on a car forum right away!! You should snag a picture of the garage setup, it’s awesome.

The biggest selling point of the house (4 car garage), or at least the part that justifies asking $140k, isn’t even in the pictures?

I was thinking the same thing. The pic shows a fraction of the garage door only.
Not that I’m in the market but if I was I would be prone to discarding the house because I do most my sifting online.

Just my 2 cents. The house sounds nice…pics would probably help you out alot.

I’ll get more pics of the garage and have my agent post them online.

Aaron, I don’t know what I was thinking about not getting something on a car forum sooner, that is 100% the person who’d be interested in this house.

Thanks for the advice everyone!

3 pictures I just grabbed, any other angles make sense to get?

The 60 gallon DeVilbiss air compressor is included.

is that a garage…inside a garage?!

Yes it is.

The house was built originally with a standard 1 1/2 car garage that leads into the kitchen. The previous owner built an additional 2 1/2 car garage in front of it for restoring an old Corvette.

yo dawg we heard you like garages…

first thing that came to my mind too…

Compressor included you say?

Mentioned the house to the fiance. Her answer was “When are we moving to Rochester?” which I unfortunately had to answer with “When you find me a job making more than I am now, or convince my boss to let me work from home.”

The house is conveniently located to the Thruway, but not in that obnoxious highway-in-your-backyard kinda way. Although Binghamton might be a bit of a hike…

Open House this Sunday from 1-3PM if anyone is looking in the area.
