If it was supposed to make me not like bacon… FAIL. It actually made me hungry, for bacon. 
PS… thread title should be, “How crappy pre-cooked bacon is made”. When I heard “it’s then cooked in a long microwave” I immediately knew why pre-cooked bacon is never as good as the real thing you cook in a pan.
True, I do prefer to cook bacon to my exacting taste and NO microwaves.
I certainly don’t mean this to turn anyone off of eating bacon (as if that is even possible).
What bacon you guys buy anybody have brand name they remember? I been tired of getting bacon with so much fat on it so I been buying turkey bacon. If I could find a good bacon I’d start buying it again.
