first car…89 240sx hatch-rusted to shit, bought from cousin for $280, ended up having nowhere to keep it after i bought my 2nd 240 so gave it up to a friend for a field beater, they blew the clutch then put a brick on the gas and waited for it to blow…took 45 mins and a rod went through the block along with a good sized fireball lol
2nd car…90 240sx- bought for $800 from kijiji, took $400 plus some of my own work and swapping parts from my 1st car to get it safetied/etested, drove it for 75,000 kms, including pizza delivery lol, was at my uncles shop with me to change the clutch and my uncle noted my rear subframe was shot and the car shouldn’t be on the road…so i drove it for another 2 months and sold it for $750

Cars I’ve had the chance to drive and owned by my family and I:

1984 white vw mk1 golf
1985 white volvo 360glt – rally car not stock, mitsubishi turbo, dual exhaust (lol), ohlin coilovers, wheels/tires, aero, etc…
1986 green volvo 360glt – a few parts transplated over but mostly left stock for reliability plus what was left from freak accident of the above (we got hit)
1983 black bmw 323i e30 with schnitzer and alpina parts
1989 blue Dodge Aries (total pos)
1996 Silver Ford Taurus SE Vulcan – pos but felt luxurious compared to dodge pos
2003 Black Taurus SE Duratec. Huge difference over the old gen, but still was a pos unrefined boat with handling… awesome engine, unfortunately not manual. Now no longer stock  Wheels/tires, koni dampers and eibach springs, aftermarket rotors and pads – feels like a bmw now, would ROCK with a manual but meh too much work to convert and definetely after the mods a worthy car to drive on european twisties and cruise on autobahn
1991 Silver 240sx hatchback – no longer a 240sx, as there’s little anything left stock other than motor, too much money spent. That is all. It’s officially built as a track only car, but I’ll still daily it in summer. Can’t wait until spring.
1997 Red Ford Escort SE – daily/winter car given to mom
1994 Green Volvo 850 – Solid as a brick, amazing daily driver, makes me want a bmw m5 as daily however, I’m maturing and wanting comfort and speed and reliability. Built for harsh conditions and autobahn high speed cruising, stable and solid. Unbelivable chassis and steel. No rust despite winter driving. Super strong. It was quite successful in the BTCC series in Europe. Tempting to modify… the modified turbo models hit 300km/hr and are stable… and that being a brick… of course no no that not be in Canada.

That’s it pretty much it… Drove many other cars however. First time I drove a car was at 10 LOL… not legal duh. Grew up watching BTCC, DTM, all sorts of rally, Formula 1, Indy Karts, Dakar, mountain style racing. Yeah… I don’t come from Canada, some of the cars are not even available here.

Other cars I’ve driven but not owned:
Multitude of modified and non modified 240s, civics, corollas, integras, couple of supras mk2, mk3, mk4, camry, celicas, corrado, jetta, passat, golfs, sciroco, scorpio, mondeo, mustangs, tauruses (lol), escorts, countours, cougar, probe, viper, lotus super 7 kit car, mr2 mk1, mr2 mk2, (what i wanted before a 240), 944 (what i also wanted before 240), boxster, uhm… e30, e36, 3 series bimmers, 635csi, m3, m5, m540i, 740i, 32x, 850csi, audi a4, a6, uhm what else… altima, maxima, sentra, 300zx, 350z, toyota echo LOL, uhm… buncha shitbox dodge, chrysler cars, sierra cutlass I love bloody cars and it’s making me be poor  I am one of those guys who would own a garage with 50 cars if i had the dough. Retarded. Just never drove a ferrari or lambo yet… AND still havent driven an actual corvette myself :frowning:

The worst cars with handling had to be the american cars, the worst performance as well american cars except with bigger motors, i love torque… the worst econoboxes had to be also american cars cavalier… gay… cheap japanese econoboxes also pieces of shit… best cars, bmws, straight up. Best sports cars euro and japanese cars… japanese ones just being more on the cheap and afordable. Funnest factory car mr2 mk1. Most refined, 850csi. Most stare at me no matter what i do… the viper lol. Most trouble attracting… any japanese ‘sports’ car. Most indestructable and with infinite strength and brick solidness old mercedes and volvos.

Ahmed… this is about cars you have owned… not driven.

But since you mentioned it…I’ve actually driven Lewis Hamilton’s F1 car. Took it for about 2 laps around the Singapore F1 track a day before qualifying.

It’s not too shabby I must say.

all the cars in my sig

  1. 1969 Opel GT - my uncle gave it to me when i was 15, finished 1/2 of a full restoration then the roof of my shop collapsed onto it so I lost interest in it and just recently sold it.
  2. 1972 Opel GT - parts car that was also given to me by my uncle, sold it with the first one.
  3. 1972 Opel Manta - bought this in November 2005 for $600, drove it home from Michigan. since then it’s been sitting behind my shop, waiting for me to do something with it, this winter should be the time.
  4. 1996 Nissan Maxima - didn’t need a car, but I had a bit of money and it was a deal. I bought it, fixed it up then my dad’s van died and he needed a car ASAP so I sold it to him.
  5. 1990 Nissan 240SX - I had just moved to London to go to Fanshawe, I needed a car for as cheap as possible. $260, it was basically the worst 240 ever. Fixed it up and drove it for a few months.
  6. 1992 Nissan 240SX - bought this one to replace the busted ass '90. drove this for 5 or 6 months then traded it to a member on here for the next car.
  7. 1993 Eagle Talon TSi - I was feeling pretty bored with the S chassis thing and wanted to switch it up. Awesome car to drive, terrible car to own. sold it December 2007, about 4 months after I got it.
  8. 1995 Honda Civic - Bought this December 2007. Needed a car after selling the Talon, the civic was $285, on the road for $500. It was a terrible car, I spent waaaayyy more time on the side of the road with the hood popped in this thing that any car I have ever owned… including the modded DSM. When I stopped driving this in the spring I swore I’d never own another Honda. This sits behind my shop, mostly stripped waiting to go to the scrap yard.
  9. 1993 Nissan 240SX - I had some money left over from selling the DSM and wanted a project. Bought it January 2008 completely stock and immediately stripped it apart. SR swap and other stuff, started driving it in May, took it off the road a couple months ago. It’s currently for sale.
  10. 1992 Nissan 240SX (same car as #6) - Bought this car back from the guy I sold it to as a parts car for the '93. It was crashed but had some things I wanted on it. after stripping it it was scrapped.
  11. 1989 Nissan 240SX - Bought this one as a parts car, it had a whole bunch of mods including an SR that ended up in the '93 while i was building it up. Also scrapped this one after stripping it.
  12. 1990 Nissan 240SX - I forget why I bought this one, it was a parts car and met the same stripped/scrapped fate.
  13. 1989 Nissan 240SX - Bought this one as a daily driver so i could make the '93 insane. The day after I bought it I realized I actually couldn’t afford to either own it or build the '93 any further, so I sold it 3 or 4 days after buying it.
  14. 1993 Honda Civic - After swearing I would never buy another Honda, I bought another Honda. Mint body and interior, bad motor - coincidentally the motor in my '95 was great, but the rest of the car was awful. Bought the '93, put the '95 motor in and I’m now driving it.

i think that’s it, i may have forgotten one or two.

You forgot the one champagne one you picked up for $600 or whatever.
