Sentra - would not care if i redlined it every time, but i don’t

I think I hit the rev limit in 2003 when i first got my car and I thought it was fast…
i let the rb rip out in 3rd everytime i get on the thruway, shit is kinda scary for being stock, next thing u kno ur doing a 120+

After 6200 there isnt much spunk left for me on the stock turbo, so I rarely take it to redline other than first gear. I rip through the gears about every chance I get though hitting about 6500rpm, which I guess you could consider redline.
it’s kinda scary the first couple times. that day might have been the first time i hit the rev limiter. i can’t remember.
never really redline the audi but i do some spirited driving now and then
so i just realized i was kinda only posting the half truth when starting this thread since i was talking about my civics (past and current) and how i treat them…i completely forgot that i have a Z, and at one time it ran…
so…when the Z ran, i would probably see redline at least 5X a day, maybe more all depending on how much driving i did that day…usually a quick 1 2 pull, then into 4th and cruise…especially in the rain, i would love getting on it in 2nd or 3rd, kicking the back end a bit sideways and then looking around to see what kinda looks/reactions i could get outta people lol.
in the metro, not a whole lot unless i have to get out of the way.
tracker, every 1-2 and 2-3 shift lol.
k car, rev limit is at 6600, rarely go past 5-5500. doesnt make power up there with a 4.09" stroke. brutal from 2800-5500 though.

Hmm. In 4 seasons my bike has hit the redline probably 15 times and the rev limiter once. My Ford Ranger has never seen the redline in 9 years. That’s part of why it burns no oil at 140,000. My Silverado has never seen the redline in two years. My Mazda3 has never seen the redline in it’s first 9000 miles so far.
