17, went to college, lived in buffalo for a couple years. Moved back home for about 3 years, bought a place.

18 I moved from out from my Mom’s and in with my Dad; which was more like a room-mate setup than father/son, as we rarely saw each other due to our schedules, and I did whatever I wanted.
23 I moved out with a GF at the time into an apartment.
17 for college, then 24 when i bought my house
Moved out at 18 when I went to college…bought the house at 24.
19 but my parents owned the house I moved to so… I guess I was about 29 by the time I moved out of there. lol

at 18 i moved out and became one of the founding fathers of a fine establishment that everyone knows and loves called “the ritz”
