Hey, I realize this is a totally stupid question but can some one help me out. If I unscrew the lugnuts will the wheel itself come off or just the hubcap? Thanks.
If you take the lugs off, the whole wheel will come off, most hubcaps just snap on and you can pop them off with a flathead screwdriver.
hyundais are held on by the lug nuts so if ya yank the lugs the cap and wheel will fall off ;D
I guess that answers that
I unscrewed one of them to try to see how it worked, but then screwed it back on… I’ve heard things like they all have to be at the same tension or something or they will fall off, or something… Will my messing with them mess up the car at all?
Are you referring to the lug nuts?
Hahahaha this is my friend Dimitri. Yo you get them spinners on yet nukka? :crackup
make sure they are tight i see ya got the same mechanical capabilities as cazwrx ;D

Not all the work, but most of it. I have been working on cars for about 4 months so I don’t see what the problem is. ;D

lol yeah this thread is for real, gotta start somewhere… So if I unscrew the lugnuts and take the hubcap off, then should I screw the lugnuts back on before putting on the new hubcaps? Because the new hubcaps dont have holes for the lugnuts to go through them…
and yeah chuck, the spinner hubcaps are coming on monday… my elantra is a legend
yes do it one at a time so the wheel dont come off
nice and slow…
