i dunno if this will work on the s13, i did it on a mister 2 last week.
if there is a nut that u can spin with a rachet behind the headlight assembly that slowly moves the pop up, up and down, just lubricate the moving parts with some release all, and use a drill instead of a rachet, and spin the knob till it frees up.
make sure u find out which way to turn the bolt, on the mr2, it was clockwise
