There are TWO rules for this forum:

Stay on topic. Keep tangential issues out of specific topics of discussion. If you wish to discuss the broader effects of many issues, start a new thread.

No personal insults or attacks. Everyone is entitled to their personal opinion even if you don’t agree with it. Those who can’t present their points of view without personally attacking other members (calling someone an ‘idiot’ for example) will not be allowed to continue to use this forum.
This forum is for DEBATE, NOT mud-slinging. If you can present your point of view clearly and concisely you’re more likely to win people over to your side. Keep thread topics about policy decisions and those that make them.
