I bought this thing back in December, dropped it when it was a month old and the screen got a couple of cracks in the corner. A few months later, the phone would randomly say “No SIM Card”, and you would have to put it in airplane mode and then take it out of airplane mode for it to discover it again. A few phone forums said they fixed this by making the card thicker by applying tape to the back of the SIM card. I did it and it worked for a few months. Shortly after it started doing it again, so I brought it into the AT&T store, where they replaced the SIM card, which did not resolve the problem. HTC will not warranty this because of the cracks on the screen. I got tired of this nonsense, my wife was up for a new phone, so she got a new iPhone 5, I inherited her 4S. after using the iPhone for about a month now, I am not looking back.
