I like windows cuz of the customizable part and this andriod looks how ! but its from google? is it linux based? i didnt read the whole link i just watched some of the video
IIRC Android is like a google project, open source (so you know it’s going to be good), I’m guessing it’s linux based, but if it isn’t then what is it based off of?
Blackberry’s are bulletproof… if it wasn’t for the RIM plan costing so much that is what I would’ve gotten. IMO winmo phones are cheap immitations… fake ass no-push email, buggy os etc etc etc. get what you pay for i guess.
I guess Sprint’s new SERO plan replacement includes the RIM charges and has unlimited data etc all for $60 a month… if i didn’t already have a cheap as fuck plan i would get the blackberry bold 9000 and the new sero.
tru tru i just didnt like the navigation on blackberries as much
the web navigation drives me nuts… when i use my girls berry i’m dying for a touchscreen. but then i use my mogul and i’m like “damn, this is like an optioned out cavalier versus her stripped down bmw”.
ya etc the navigation with touch screen , IMO just rocks
but blackberry cant be beat for features/durability balance

I picked the phone up today, and stupid ass sprint made them change the case design, into this fake chrome shit,
and the front camera (i knew it) was ripped out, so it only came with one camera, sprint bitches…
and the “2gb mem card” was a 1gb sprint issue LOL
but the hardware for cpu/ram etc is the same
im currently deleting all the sprint programs right now…
but the opera browser is nice, the net is fast, and the phone has alot of power compared to the mogul

the only issue i have right now is that since sprint is CDMA and about nearlyeveryone else is GSm like at&t t mobile etc (sim cards)
i cant really use it in europe and i cannot use any of the custom ROMS yet, they are working on CDMA roms which is nice… so i cant wait until they come out, the sprint rom SUCKS so bad its packed with shit
but yea got a chance to really use it today and its by far the sickest phone i’ve used ever… def more handy than the iphone x 10
do me a favor singh… close all open apps, go to the main “today” screen or whatever the fuck… open text messaging, select a convo, and type a message and hit send. DO NOT WAIT for the phone to catch up… is it instant? Does your entire text message get sent? My fucking mogul is lucky to get the first 2 letters in the text message before sending… then bothers to type the rest out… WTF!!! its a fucking text message app… its supposed to be lightweight! I hope the touch pro is much better at this, as it has much more RAM than my POS.
yea its very fast, it has a clock speed of 528mhz and the mogul had … 64mb of ram, the touch pro has 288 mb of ram
416mhz for the mogul, 528 for the pro etc
so yea its faster… it does lag in areas, but i think it has to do with the software…
im gonna use a hacked/modded ROM when it comes available for CDMA users…
but GSM roms are already out and cookin right now… and users reported huge performance boosts, and best of all most of the gps lag is GONE
How are the graphics? I know the Tilt has a horrible graphics driver and video playback sucks.

really impressed with the graphics to be honest, touch flo 3d takes advantage of them ,
and im playin this game game where u have this ball on the screen and u move the phone around to move the ball, like balance the ball
and u have to get to the goal without letting the ball fall in any of the holes, and its REALLY impressive how accurate the … forgot the real name, windows calls it the g sensor is…
Soo… yea idk its pretty nice, my mogul’s graphics were good enough to run COD2 so idk… lololol

how did you get one for $300? I would have to buy it without a contract mine is too good to get out of.
cuz every phone i bought was on ebay or from someone else etc, i never used the upgrade option on my sprint plan, so when i checked it out, i had the contract for over 2 years and i was allowed to get any phone for the promotional price, and they have the touch pro for 300 bucks LOL mad cheap!
but as cheap as it is, its subsidized as well… the 800 dollar version is worth it if 800 dollars is like 100 dollars to you, just little bit of extra features and better rom are worth it, if u got the money, i have alot of shit to buy/pay for before i spent 800 bucks so i got the sprint version…
i def have better shit to spend $800 on.
