Yeh so went out on wednesday turned the boost up to 15. However in 2nd it would peak@18 3rd@22 4th@24. Im using a brand new turbosmart manual boost controller. Anyone know how to fix this problem as im running stock headgasket and dont want her to blow.

Noga, you may have a vaccum leak, that usually cause inconsistancy with boost level.
Double check your boost controller vacuum hoses to check if you hooked it up backwards.
double check the vacuum source to your wastegate is operating as it should.
