Human quadrupeds discovered in Turkey

i’m more concerned with the forearms…

and if this really was anything at all related to evolution or whatever…wouldn’t they have also developed longer, more flexible necks so they can see straight forward a lot easier? and wouldn’t their legs be shorter so their backs could be flat like all other quadrupeds?

they probably live in the southern have of Turkey…and their mother just got hammered by a goat, and they are what came out…

lol I just noticed that one broad has a shoe on her hand/paw

this reeks of weekly world news, is it april 1st?

evolution generally isnt giant steps, its usually little ones. So if this was evolution first would be the walking on all 4s, then the people on all 4s with more flexable necks that can see easier would reproduce more so it would evolve like that.

those pictures kill me, lmfao

LOL i saw that too

chick has some crazy cankles

retracts comment. i just looked at the one link quick and thought it was that one super shady new source.

"They were born with what looks like a form of brain damage.

MRI scans seem to show that they have a form of cerebellar ataxia, which affects balance and coordination.

However, scientists are divided on what caused them to revert to quadrupedalism (walking on all fours). "

There it is. They are mentally retarded. Lived in a remote area of Turkey, and nobody taught them how to walk, properly.

Thats it.

definetly

not so much no one taught them how to walk upright, but since the part of their brain that affects balance and coordination is fucked up chances are whenever they tried to stand up they just fell over, so they resorted to walking on all four

^^plus the parents, who are closely related and have 6 other children, didnt bother to teach them how to walk upright.

umm, you dont teach someone how to walk upright… Its instinct to walk upright for people. Babies crawl, then on there own learn to stand up, then try to take a step. Its not like parents are holding their kids up and moving their legs for them.

They have no internal balance. Think of it this way. You can walk upright, well now spin around in a circle a bunch of times. Pretty hard to walk right? Now what if you were always like that? Would you continually try to walk upright and fall over all the time, or would you crawl on all four?

Hahaha like I said, :bs: story. It’s not even that nobody taught them how to walk, they just don’t have the ability to balance due to brain damage.

“Dah, they’ve got brain damage in the balancing area and they don’t walk upright. They must walk on all fours because of a genetic link to our evolutionary past! It couldn’t possibly be that they just don’t have the ability to balance on two feet!”

:wtf:

this is what i meant by that. i’m well aware of how a child learns how to walk, but thanks for the lesson.

“While Professor Humphrey said that cultural influences in their upbringing may have played a crucial role, with parental tolerance allowing the children to keep to quadrupedal walking…

BBC Two’s The Family That Walks On All Fours is broadcast on Friday 17 March at 2100 GMT

I’m not going to miss this documentary for anything

^^If it wasn’t St. Patty’s Day I’d be interested in watching it.
