HYUNDAI ASSURANCE !!!! tup

:picard: Not at all… I am very glad to be selling where and what im selling…

I love Salary+Commision+Bonus

And Hyundai’s are terrific sellers around here…

Honestly if Toyota was that great of a seller why would Fucillo just dump all that money into a HYUNDAI lot when they owned a Toyota lot already? Hmmm probably not selling as much as he expected… As much as you and everyone else dont want to face it Hyundai are NOW great cars with great warranties

You’re correct. They are good cars. Fucillo dumped a lot of money into the Hyundai store because there are only a couple Hyundai dealerships. Only one in the north towns.

His Toyota dealership, sells less cars every month. While Basil, Northtown and WH sell more and more every month. Maybe it’s because his customer service is absolutely horrid. Not to mention it generally only takes people two or three trips to realize that his service and parts departments are even worse.

If someone goes to Fucillo first and visits a 2nd Toyota dealership, they have an 88.1% chance of purchasing at the second dealership.

If someone goes to Fucillo second, their closing ratio is ~16%.

Just out of curiousity…whats the commission @ your store?

$300/unit and there are some bonus cars (aged units) that are $500/600/700

Then on all new cars you also get $100 on a Hyundai Debt card if your CSI score is above 90% , except Tucson’s which are spins $50-$500

And agreed 100% with you on Fuccillo… I get so many “I was just at Fucillo and was treated like crap, if you match there deal i will sign now” ok lol

oh and i have sold 4 Genesis’ all v6’s lol

so there is no %, just a flat rate for every new vehicle? what about used?

same for new and used $300

I love it, alot less pressure… And i always let my customers know that… I tell them i can sell you a Huffy or a Viper and i still make $300 so i will get you the most for your hard earned $$$ and I do

In ATL i was 100% commission 25% upfront and 7% in the back… I HATED IT…

You sell someone at sticker + warranty + $300 nitrogen filled tires and expect to make $800-1000 and then find out they had a 520 experian and the bank tacks on a $4000 fee and bam its now a $75 mini and i did my job the best i could but didnt make shit

Yikes. Dude, making gross is half the fun. Where do you start hitting bonus? 10? 12?

whats your commission?

Thats why…

Salary + 30% Commission + A Flat rate on warranties and F&I + Demo + CSI Bonus + Unit Bonus = FTW

bonus is at 10 which is $500, 12 is 750, 15 is $1000, 20 is $1500

So if i sell 10 new cars

300x10=3000
100x10=1000
10 car bonus=500
salary 300x4=1200

5700 month

i did 16 last month =)

ugh you get a demo =(

30% if over $700 commissionable gross.

Then it just goes to a flat, if you’re under $700.

$50 for all warranties, $25 for rust, $25 for paint, $25 for fabric, $25 for bi-weekly, $25 for prepaid…and the best part of it. You’re not required to pitch any of it.

Thats cool. Except on 30% commission, I made half of that on a husband and a wife duo who both bought cars. :wink:

same here we are not required to pitch any extras but we also get $25 for extended warranties, rust/paint, fabric, bi-weekly

It’s lucrative if you’re good, but i’m more interested in the business & financing portion of it. Fuck taking ups and dealing with bullshit.

That’s why I’m sticking solely with F&I after this month. I’ll still come out and close if they need me to, but that’s about it.

thats cool, i personally love selling/consulting/helping people
