well the story goes … once upon a time Jim and Dave had a dream … they decided to try to match movie images with some of their own … they started this one night scouting for places to do it … somehow i got tangled up in the ridiculous mess and spent most of my time trying to set up the car as close to the way it looked in the movie and entertaining guests that would stop by to talk about the car … Day one of shooting brought us to some interesting places in troy … met some interesting characters … shoot took around 6 hours … the next day that we shot lasted for 10 hours and we didnt stop until 3am … day number 3 was supposed to be the final day which we started at 530am and went until about 3pm … day number 4 and the final day … was the rig shot day … we did only rigs and did them for at least 2 hours … i cant imagine how long Jim had to edit his pictures in order to get them as good as he did … great job to him … i didnt try to replicate or steal any angles or shots from him i just did some of the off angle and in between setup shots … and here is my set
