Home made vs made in a larger kitchen is the same thing; people making something to sell for profit. Home made has more risks than food joints since its not regulated by the health board and ya the article is a little entertaining they closed them down but she was 14 so I don’t really feel bad. In Georgia you can work at 14 so if she wanted money, stop cheating the system and get a job.

Im tellin you. Make some food, have a young kid ride around chippewa at night and sell them to drunk people out of a basket on their Huffy. Can profit and not have to pay for permits =)
