I definately prefered this ending. there was quite a few points in that movie that I think they wanted to play off of but for what ever reason they didn’t. I also think this ending would have left it open for a seaqual which would have been really nice.

The reason they blew up a bridge was to prevent people from leaving the island. Don’t you think they would have blown all of them up if that was the intent.
