I think they left out a few things that would make the movie better. like explaining more of what went wrong with the cure for cancer and how it developed into a virus like it did. and what it actually does to the body…

I beleive what happened is that scientists found a cure for cancer, then the government found a a way to change the cure into a bio weapon and it broke out accidently.

and the movie still didnt set in stone if his family died or not… but he did say in the one part of the movie that his daughter “was” a certain age, as if she did die.
ya, it would have been better if he was the only one in new york and another didnt show up
and yes, im with laura, that part with his dog is upseting.

the only problem with your theory is thats Resident evil LOL.

I watched it streaming online a few days ago, seemed like a okay zombie flick. Too much CG not enough zombies chewing on stuff.

28days later,dawn of the dead > I am Legend.

Still was an okay flick. too short and not enough material in the movie to make it great.
