like ive said b4 im a criminal justice major and im not trying to be the all mightly law enforcement genius but ive seens tons of these videos. What they did was completly justified. They tried to talk him into relaxing for much longer than they had to. They were polite and respectful the whole time. They didnt wanna hurt themselves or him seriously by wrestling him. The tazer is a good way to control him but not hurt him at the same time.
