Damn bro… good luck with everything

Car hasn’t ran in 3 months, and wasn’t planning on driving it in the winter.

Got plenty o’time.

good story

vlad that sucks, but thats a sick top

Word :thumbup

agreed, looks like a fairly easy fix. the inconvenience sucks more than anything.

As long as I can’t tell visually whether it was fixed or they got me a diff one, I don’t care.

Hopefully I’ll get it back before the end of the world in 2012 :lol

For the record, this was last Monday… part II.

Bad sign from the get go.

Top however was very carefully packaged and looked solid.

So much for that though.

It’s better, but still not good enough, unless my price would reflect the damage.

Send it back… again.

:banghead

Have them use a different shipping company next time. Apparently this one cant resist the urge to throw the package around a few times before delivering it.

From what I can tell it’s not the damage from the shipping, the box’s get banged up but this thing was under 5 inches of bubble wrap and insulation but it got scratched uptop and dinged on the side. I could see the ding, possibly being from shipping, but the scratch, no way, it must have been during manufacturing/packing etc.

Dude, the sad truth is that it is not going to come to you without a minor scratch here and there. The shipping companies are idiots for the most part, and dont handle shit the way they should. I personally would have kept that one and buffed it out if possible. Youre going to be playing this game for awhile…

I’m going to give it one more shot.

After that I give up.

However not like I’m a hurry since the car hasn’t ran in about 5 months.

Yeah its not like there is a NEED to have it now anyways, but it still sucks to have to do all that.

Are you paying for return shipping? If not I would send it back as many times as it takes. Until spring, assuming the car is running…

Hell no, denying the pickup upon inspection due to damage on the box (inspecting it on the spot obviously).

Company will eat shipping until they file a claim with UPS, for which they will most likely be reinbursed since UPS is damaging the box upon which I’m denying the pickup.

Have yet to hear from the seller about the second return…

That definetly sucks, third times a charm.
