I am 25 years old, and to be honest, I’ve already gotten and done a lot of things I’ve always wanted. I have a very good job, a nice retirement fund so far, nice house, and all the cars I’ve ever wanted, between the Lotus, MR2, and Volvo.
Subtle bragging… although I still don’t know who he is trying to convince.
I didn’t even mention anything about the low hanging fruit of getting engaged at 25 after 1 year of dating.
More power to him, but Joe probably gives Renzo and Beck a run for the money in terms of the subtle bragging category.
Actually, she’s 30, with quite a bit of life experience. And, since you know just about next to nothing about me or my personal life or past, I can just as easily take that cheap shot with a grain of salt.
Walter, the subtle bragging you speak of is not bragging at all. I was responding to a couple pages worth of responses, and merely poiting put that I’m at a place where I’m ready to move on to bigger and better things in life.
Take it as you wish, I could really not care less. I’m just a little too happy right now to be worried about what some people on a car forum have to say. The point of the thread was to let the people on here that I know what is going on.

OT: from what i’ve read so far on this forum, i appreciate walter’s posts… he tells it how it is w/out all the bullshit and dick sucking that goes on w/ some of the other members… just my take on it
It is mildly amusing how people that haven’t been around long enough to know much of anything are criticizing behavior that has been around long before NYSpeed was a twinkle in Sleepy’s eye.
for at least four years you’ve been telling people about how cool you are and how you’re smarter than everyone. You probably post daily about it. Shit you must be a HUGE loser if you’ve been seeking recognition on a car forum that means nothing for so long.
Awesome, I can only imagine how cool that would be. Your a lucky man to have a girl like that, some women love the show and production and I think that since you both are all about the small intimate wedding that it would be just that much more special.
