Long story short: Lean manufacturing(us) + crappy Offshore parts and delivery(China) + softer US dollar + higher fuel/shipping costs + etc + etc = We just received the order of the year!!!

Sounds familiar. Earlier this year we had a control panel built in China. We spent a couple of hours looking at it and concluded we could not use it because it was so fucked up and had it rebuilt in East Aurora.
