I’m going through withdrawl here. It’s only been a few weeks since i have moved out of my house in Hamburg and left the keys to the new tenants. I’m renting down in West Palm right now to kick the tires on neighborhoods before buying… but i can’t stand not having any home projects lined up.
I thought i would be excited to have all this free time available, but i actually miss not having the next project lined up. I need something to cure my fix. AHHHHHH!

I’m kinda doing the same thing… I went from non-stop action and working on all sorts of crap in WNY; to doing nadda here in SLC. That will all change VERY shortly though… I’ll be closing on the sale of my house in Buffalo in a couple of weeks, and my wife is due with our son any time now; so I’m going to be busy again.
That being said… I’m not buying a house for a few years… I have my doubts about staying in SLC for more than a few years.

true, but with all the Maseratti’s, Bentlys, Aston Martons, Lamborghini’s and Ferrari’s around I have been more inspired to go a different less custom route.
Since my tenants are seasonal and the house is vacant except for Football season, i’ve been contemplating doing some work while they are out. I already asked and they don’t care. All i have left that i want to do is replace a couple floors with tile. I appreciate the offer though 
I haven’t worked in 3 weeks and still dont feel like coming out of vacation mode. I’ve spent about 3hrs each day at the pool or beach.
