its all about seat time… A standard dsm, (not having passed through Kurts hands) 16g powered is nothing to worry about unless your a corvette.

wow lol @ all the 16g hate. Kolar romped on a supercharged fbody and i raped a sc rousch stang with a 75 shot. and that was with stock cams, injectors, etc… and why isnt this kid running more boost? i was running 19-20 psi with nothing more than arp head studs. and i ran a 13.7 with a shittastic 2.3 60’. no way you could convince me that car didnt have a mid 12 sec run in it…
NO 14.4 is weak as hell,
but it was still faster than the corvette in the video. The video is my 1st time ever at the track with my car. 2.3 60’ and shifting at 6k all the way down the track, the car was together for about 1 week before I brought it to the track. I had never driven an awd before and that was the first launch on it…
16gs are sick. but not 11 something sick.
If you look at a small 16g’s compressor map it flows the most a shade under 15psi, so he really shouldn’t pump the boost up on the 16g just wait for the 30r
my 16g was a big 16 and it was ported and clipped so i cant really speak to a small. didnt realize thats what he had.
My big could have put my 2g in the 11’s but I never bothered to go for it, thing gave up top end.

Then again, if this kid’s “built motor” is something around 12:1 compression, maybe it’ll make 400awhp :tounge:
