you just have to be careful with repartitioning drives… it can cause problems… and lose data

work machine, making a second partition to boot for personal web browsing etc
use a u3 thumb or something of the like… partition is not the answer… too much to worry about IMO

They’re still going to have firewall logs, plus any logs from what ever monitoring software they’re using.
If you can hide your surfing from your IT staff by simply booting to a different partition they’d probably also be stumped by just deleting your browser history.
