Once you get the lower jug full then what? You need to keep it circulating, fish tank pump is a good idea. Also you need to cool the exiting water in a radiator fashion. But you ovbiously won’t be able to get it colder than the outside temperature. If you want some true cooling do something with r134 or r22. Or maybe consider some type of oil too instead of water.
