Interesting, would your driveway be considered a parking lot? How about if you built your own circuit? Would it be a valid argument that since there were no other cars parked there, that it can’t be considered a parking lot? Would the lines to park make the lot a parking lot? 
On a side note: I question everything and I think my sociology teacher hates me.
