agreed - I know two 2.3L engines (prior -eco) that are at above the 550 hp range.

Not only did GM get the Ecotec over 1000 horse, they sell most if not all of the parts needed to do it.
Someone needs to put this into an old fiero and see what it does around the track.
i had an ecotec motor in my cobalt ss. it was solid and took mods well. i had over 300rwhp but i highly doubt this kids grand am he has pictured has 1000hp. thats what i found funny. a cold air intake, strut brace, and the fact that its a 5 speed makes it a race car.
