If you were to move...

Sedona, Arizona

fixed.

The south is nice to visit, but I could never bring myself to live there.

Lake Tahoe, and Salt Lake City do it for me. Sooo much sun. 500+ inches of snow a year for skiig. Dry weather all the time though still. Zero humidity. Warmer temps in the villages, cold in the mountains. I really would have no problem with ANY of that.

Kingston Ga, Levanworth Ks or possibly Houston Tx.

honestly, any place with warmer weather, less taxes and a better economy than NY (so pretty much, almost every state in the union lol)

nevada is looking real attractive now, except property is uber expensive.

No corporate tax, income tax, yada yada.

somewhere in the Bay Area in California, all of my Family is there. Id look for a decent area that doesnt have really really high property value. My dad had to move 45 mins from where he works to get the house that he wanted/could afford. Its unreal how expensive houses are out there now.

It’s 91 pretty much west of the Mississippi

I would move to

Manhattan
Las Vegas
Denver
Pheonix

Yeah, the housing market is starting to drop out there because it was so inflated.
The nice thing is, if you move east of the bay area you are closer to Tahoe.
With in an hour or two in each direction you could be skiing or at the ocean.
And there is always Napa and Sonoma.

have you been to the mons-venus yet?
If I really could Amsterdam

I would pick Seattle out of your options. It’s such a progressive city with one of the best night scenes for my taste, and it’s beautiful.

Charleston, SC…

I have always wanted to move back down south, and it’s real nice here.

October 31st it was 82 degrees… Damn, can’t argue with that. Plus, the
women here are friggen unbelieveable… The beach, a really really cool
downtown, cool shops etc… lots to do, and see around here…
