Just got the car last week, the key was turning in the ignition with no problem until now. I think the ignition lock button ( stupidest idea btw) is stuck. Any idea out there about how to fix this??
Might’ve just locked up your steering wheel…
Put the key in…and apply a bit of pressure to turn the ignition… Fiddle the steering wheel around until the key turns. It’s happened to me several times.

what he said. happened to my gf’s car and she thought it was broken hehe.
or it could be what happened to s13gg’s car. we eventually smashed the lock out and had no key for a while. The key thing had broken.
if it is broke, i got a whole new column/key for you $50, even include a steeringwheel hub adapter…tolazy to pull it off.
Thx, CloudZero3! You called it. I have a habit of using the wheel as leverage to egress…I guess it causes the wheel/ignition to lock.
Are you using the right key? LOL
It could be a few things.
1 steeringlock as it was mentioned
2. key can be too worn down
3. one of the tomblers in the ignition cylinder it stuck
