Yeah, so I went to start my car after doing a bunch of welding on it…I needed to move it.
The key goes into the slot, but it won’t turn at all. I’ve tried everything as far as wiggling, pulling out slightly and turning…everything I can think of. It’s probably something dumb I’m not doing, so I’m wondering if this is a classic issue and I haven’t typed the right thing into the search box, or if I just need to replace the key, switch, lock, or whats up.
So if anyone has any idea what the problem is and/or how to fix it, help me out =p. Thanks in advance.
Dude, steering wheel lock, you gonna have to play with the steering wheel while trying to turn the key, happens when u get out of the car and push really hard on steering wheel to get out usually. Nothing serious, just sometimes its hard to find the sweet spot to get the key to turn. Have fun!
