on topic: I got an HP last year and love it 
I used to think that about dell but when I went to order my new computer they were dicks. Well maybe it was me but Im sorry I shouldnt have to try and understand someone who cant speak english well. I did get to talk to someone else but they still couldnt have my computer when I wanted it so I looked at bestbuys shit. Found an E machine for half the price and plus I had it that night. I do need another laptop and I like my dell I have now so maybe Ill get another dell laptop.
