Hey now lets get back on topic: We’re bringing legal charges against the president through a phone-a-thon.

Or we could just take the advice of your sig.

Where does he teach? McDonalds University? It’s been discussed a million times how this would never work, no matter how you try it. The only way you lower gas prices is to increase the supply, or decrease the demand.
you really need to take an econiomics class, and he is a very well respected Thermo Engineer.
Also I am not sure if you under stand micro supply and demand, but think about what I said it would decrease the demand from a major supplier, therefore lowering cost from that supplier. Congrats on not understanding a basic princeple where you actually state how this could theoretically work.

:mamoru: Jay don’t you have an MBA?
Understanding entropy != understanding economics.
ill start with… I don’t like bush.
right now, impeachment is a waste of time.
right now, attacking abortion rights is a waste of time.
right now, gay rights issues are a waste of time.
We have some serious issues with health care, immigration, social security and a massive military campain thats not working out.
Right now… that whats important.

doesn’t bush need to do something illegal for us to impeach him?
Exactly, and he hasn’t. So this will never happen.

:bloated: I took enough eco classed in college to almost qualify for a minor. I should have put in the few extra courses, but it would have been delaying graduation and I already had a real job lined up.
Anyway, if you really want to debate the gas thing, go bump the old “don’t buy gas from xxxxx” thread and we can fire it up. Lets keep the stupidity of this thread on the stupidity of people thinking 1-800-Impeach is going somewhere.

That is the problem. I am a republican and supported bush until his second term and just ran the country into the ground and I believe he has done nothing to help the country in anyway. He really has all this power that congress gave him and hopefully a democratic congress will start to pass and take away his power by overriding his vetoes.
The war and troops was power given to him…cant impeach for not reason as it was stated. Just pass bills and start taking back this patriot act and all the other random bullshit that got passed at the beginning at the war since it is now known that we fucked up and need to get out.
Another point…being a moron isnt illegal

Good thing too. If it were, there would be so few members on the board, and nothing to keep me occupied while at work
:roll2: Let’s also all not buy gas for a day.
Wait i wrote a blog on that on my space it pissed me off so much
meh, i stumbled accross it, and i always see bush bashing here… so i posted it… this has gone waaay off topic and obv nobody here is interested.

Reality is that when the market changes on prices per barrell, we dont see the changes in price for something like 4-6 weeks according to a report I read a while ago.
Its a royal ass fucking :2fingers:
Correction.
When the price per barrel goes down, we don’t see the changes in price for 4-6 weeks. When it goes up, we see it overnight.
if you shitheads didnt buy a 5.7L v8 for a daily driver i probably wouldnt be paying $3.15/ gallon to fill my honda
oh and its ugly. reallllll ugly.

wtf??!! you cant be serious.
do you have a scooter or something? drive mommys car?
i have a house at the campus, in the city, and the majority of shit i do is within walking distance, or I’m already drunk. when I do drive I get 20MPG. I only put about 100 miles a week on my GTO during school.
:picard:
this wont happen because it would just be too good to come true. only 1 year, 8 months, and a few weeks to go :giantpicardthatdoesntevenfitonyourscreen:
yea, lets impeach the president in his few months of presidency, so that he gets kicked out in his last 90 days, that would prove one thing, that the democrats are just whiny bitches.

Mine is a 6.0 biatch, and a 5.4 in my Expedition.
But I’m like Joe in that I’m smart enough to live near where I work. So is my wife. Even going home pretty much every day for lunch, I haven’t filled my GTO’s relatively small tank in 2 weeks. I’m pretty much centered between NFB and Transit, so all the shopping I could ever need is only a couple miles away. There is a Dash’s within walking distance.
But don’t worry, soon it will be warm enough to get my boat out, and it gets about 2-3 mpg, and knocks the trucks mpg down to single digits while towing. Should have you filling up at $4/gal in no time.
But, if you honda boys stop taking useless “cruises”, street racing, and driving a long commute, maybe I’ll think about reducing my consumption.
