I have parts on order right now from them… It is taking a little while, but they have decent prices for the most part. Shipping is UPS, they will not do anything else. And I don’t know if it is air or ground. Products are what you choose and they have allot to choose from.
The sales buy I have been talking to is pretty good. I will let you know more in a couple of days when they send my stuff how long it takes… Just a note, my money order got there on the 7th and still nothing to date…they have it, but it has not made its way from one department to the other so he can send my stuff. Turnaround time may be poor…
I bought my piston kit from them.
It took about a week and a half for them to get the kit in from Wiseco. Shipping was about 3 days from when they got the kit in stock (customs held it for about a day). So I guess it depends on if they have what you want in stock.
Customer service was nice also when I called to check up on my order and junk…
ps. It was originally supposed to be shipped with UPS, but since there was a delay from Wiseco, they shiped the kit with Priority USPS instead, at no extra cost to me.

The order I put in on the 7th…yeah still waiting…so when I though that turn around time may be poor… well, it is horrible. I am not happy with these people at all. It is also like they have a union…“Oh, well if it is about an order you’ll have to wait for Tanya I can’t do that”. “Hey! Idiot, I put the order in with you almost two months ago, where the he77 are all my valves!!!”
basically, I’m not happy with them, selection great, service…ehh ok, speed horrible.
I finally have all my parts that I ordered from this place. It took a while, but do to back-orders that they didn’t know about at the time of ordering it did take some time. They are pretty good about returning phone calls and letting you know where exactly your parts are and their selection is still good if you are looking for KA parts. They don’t receive a low score overall, I would just rate them “ok”.

cool. I put my engine rebuild project on hold but when i do order from this place i will konw to expect a long waiting peroid.
