Increasin font on a webpage

I just put my feet up on the computer desk while on the phone, i guess my leg hit something on the keyboard because the font is now like a .02 and I can barely even read it. What key combination raises and lowers the size of the font please?

edit: its not just the font its everything on the page.

IE=View, text size, pick one.
