Them having a lower population has nothing to do with the % of crime and teen pregnancy. All of those statistics take in to account population. Canada has a higher rate of gun ownership than us yet less gun violence.

Yup, but we are similar societies. But you want to control tv because you feel that it will harm the people watching it. My point is that there are many places that allow more on tv than we do and they function just fine. Will we find a society exactly like ours? No. But show me a place that has more restrictions than we have and how much better they are. That’s the bottom line.

personally i think if a guy comes here & claims he’s god or jesus & starts doing magic tricks, turning water to wine, etc…people are gonna think he is crazy & hes gonna get put into jail.
as fine as America? Not sure what you mean there. If you are saying that we function better than any other society I’ll have to disagree with you. The USA is not perfect, either is anyone else. But if we used the amount of time and money that has been given to things in my view that are a waste - like the war on drugs, to things like education we would be much better off. Let’s create more government to take even more resources away from where they could do good.
