That stuff is nuts. This type of whatever you call it is more impressive to me that the guys that do the flips and shit off walls.
I’ve honestly wanted to get into that for a long time, it looks like a blast. Unfortunately I’ve had trouble finding people in the area who are into it.
What they did in that video is considered free running, where your goal is to get from one place to another in the most creative way possible. You might even be able to call it urban rock climbing.
Parkour is the type where you do tricks on land without any destination in mind, though the people who do it at a professional level are usually pretty sick at both.
