Aight, i got court tomorrow. Ticket said to plea before or in person for the 15th (today) problem is, theres no court today due to MLK, and the court itself doesnt have court till tomorrow (the 16th). Now it was a trooper, but the trooper did not issue a supporting deposition (very odd)
So i turned it in on the tenth (dropped it off i their drop box) asked for a supporting dept. I have not gotten anything back yet.
I was just wondering why the trooper did not issue a supporting deposition. Usually they just print it out right in the car, right?
and the ticket told me to plea before or in person on a date of the 15th (no court on MLK, and the town doesnt have court till tuesday).
Im obviously going to go in tomorrow and see whats up. Just wondering if anyone had this happen and how (if at all) it could help me get out of this ticket?
court is tonight apparently, but i still have not gotten a notice, im heading down there soon and see whats up, if all else fails, ill just plead guilty and pay the goddamn fine.
like i figured, bennington doesnt have court on MLK day, the clerk there told me to come in on the next court date.
Problem is, the other ticket i got (for the same thing in warsaw) says for me to plead guilty on or before the 22nd (which coincidentally is the same date for the next court night for bennington.)
