if it’s a budget, it’s a waste of time to build the motor, just stay under 300hp and make sure you get a good tune. buy injectors, fuel pump, wastegate, turbo (16g, 14b, t25, etc they’re all cheap) oil lines, you need to tap your oil pan, catch can, buy your mainfold downpipe and dumptube together, intercooler, intercooler piping, bov, just start buying stuff it’s going to cost you at least 2k to finish it and that’s if you do the labor yourself.
sounds like you’ve really thought this one through…no idea for parts, no idea for setup, not even a number yet on the budget…yeh…good luck with that.
