Interior carpet and sound deadening

I want to replace the carpet in my coupe with new black carpet as well as fix any rust I find underneath the carpet and replace sound deading. I did a search on google and came across this website:

For the sound deadening, I did a search on ebay and came up with this:

I want to go with this B-Quiet stuff because Dynamat is way to expensive.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any shops in the GTA that carry these products. Also, does anyone have any experience recarpeting their cars?

Coupe carpet and hatch carpet are the exact same carpet
