Intoxicated Driver In Z06 Corvette

This one hit alittle to close to home.

Last night me and some friends were driving in whitby just turning onto

manning when we noticed this corvette (Z06 2006 brand new yellow) on a

flatbed completely f*cked up we asked the driver of the flat bed what

happened apparently the guy took a corner to fast and slammed right into

a tree, then i figured out that we knew where the person who owned the

corvette lived (he had just moved into my neighbourhood like 2 months ago)

so me n my friends raced back to my neighbourhood to find the scene.

cops were still there, there was absorb all everywhere because gas and

oil covered the road little peices of fibre glass yellow peices and metal

scattered everywhere so we parked and asked the cop exactly what had

happened. Turns out the guy that was driving was intoxicated he had

picked up speed on bradley (where the accident was) blew the stop sign

they estimated his speed to be about 120, came around the corner too

fast hit the curb his car slid out hit one tree thats when all the peices of

the car flew off into bradley park then he hit another tree on the

passenger side completely pushing the whole side in then he reversed it

onto the street. UNFORTUNATELY i was not able to get ne pictures of the

actual car but if u had seen the car ud think the driver n passenger died.

The cops then told us they hadnt found the guy he had fled the scene and

they were lookin for him.

Personally i am not very happy about this because its my neighbourhood and anyone could have been walking or driving on that street im glad no one got hurt but this guy seriously needs an ass kicking. and the poor car :frowning: so that was my excitement for the night ill post of pictures as soon as i can *** pics of the crash scene *** —> http://www.putfile.com/pic.php?img=3963227

How do they know he was under the influence if he was not yet found?
Assumption…? Or just trying to scare a few teenagers away from drinking and driving?

And they have the license plate, how hard is to park a cruiser in front of his house until he comes home?

My guess is that the car is going to be reported stolen pretty soon.

It is the guys car the problem is they cant prove who was driving since he had a passenger the man that owns the vette has his license suspended for DUI im geussing they made the assumption he was drunk cause of the empty beer cars in the vehicle and the fact that you pretty much have to be drunk to do what he did… =D so there.

Question is why didn’t you just go home? Let the cops do there job and read about it in the paper the next day?

I LOVE this car, it’s on my to do list haha. low 11’s out the door. Put some DOT slicks on and your in the high 10’s, BONE STOCK. where else can you get that with a warranty and for under 100k?
