Introductions - New users please post intros here

I doubt he will post much, and will have another av.

Yea he isn’t gonna have a Doodlebob AV.

Dammit that’s my name on every other board. I’ll come up w/ something else

Lol @ Racer X drama.

Welcome to the ton of new members! :thumright:

That’s hilarious that your ex got you into RWD… Nice.

hey guy’s

thought I’d post again over here since I’m still a new user
I’ve had some time to go through various threads, and even picked up some parts sourced from the buy/sell section. I’ve seen some guy’s @ one of the friday meets (i was in the black stock looking fastback…)
look forward to meeting more of you, unfortunately i will be working on the 21st.
There is nothing like cruzing the strip with 10+ cars with intakes sucking BOV popping turbo’s singing soprano and the chant of the exhaust all revving @ in unison (or close enough).

I’ve spent my youth helping my friend build his 68’ 'stang to put it into the ten’s w/o juicy juice. Unfortunately I had the musclecar mentality that is untill I seen an s13 coupe smoke a corvette making all kinds of funny sounds like psh-psssshhhh like no ones buisness
Later I read an artical a few years back “hybred how-to” in SCC and seen the ease and the budget it took to build their car.
I knew @ this point I needed a 240 but after seeing the sil-180 drift twins mine was gonna be a fastback

I don’t know who’s who in this club but I know exactly why we’re all here. The love and the passion we pour into our rides to no extent- Good or bad we do it.

I wrote this piece to let all know that I am serious about my car and i know that the people running this club are too.

I read on a thread that some members try and weed out the posurs and wannaby’s… I hope that your checklist to qualify the wouldbe’s is just…
Not trying to push buttons just don’t wana deal with drama

thanks for the oppertunity to express myself and opinions

Danny AKA (not so) stock240sx (ANYMORE) :thumright:

Lol, this is funny. RacerX you don’t have to change your name, but if you’d like to just contact iQuaBoB and let him know,

…confusion could happen with our names-

Remember everyone’s invited to the Niagara Meet on Aug21. Including new users to son. The more 240’s the better.

hey there, my name is Lorrie and I’m from Mississauga. I drive a Nissan but found my interest in 240s only lately; I want to learn more about them and eventually get my own.
I was at shannonville on aug 20th, if you recognize a female with a yellow top walking around taking pics + vids… then you saw me.

Welcome Dave…

Always nice to have some more K-W people 8)

Ladies are always welcome here

If you are also asian then yes, I do believe I remember seeing you around.

Welcome to the club!

Hi all, my name’s Shan. I’m 24 and I’m from Melbourne, Australia (home of the second largest population of Skylines outside of Japan).

I work at J-Spec Imports ( http://www.j-specimports.ca ), which is now in Canada, and one of our clients referred me to this site as I’d like to contribute to the ever-growing Nissan enthusiast scene over there.

I own 3 cars, a 1993 R32 Skyline, which is my daily driver. Has a RB25DET swap, TD06-25G turbo, and other bits n pieces. The other car I share with my dad and girlfriend is a 1990 A31 Cefiro, which has an RB20DET and is auto (much to my dismay). And the last car I have is not registered for road use, its a 1983 AE86 Levin, which has a CA18DET, rollcage, S13 front suspension, 2 way TRD LSD and other nice bits n pieces. Basically a dedicated track car, which I originally picked up for $650 :stuck_out_tongue:

I used to own a strawberry face 180sx with a CA18DET back in 2001, so I’ve still got a soft spot for the S13’s, especially the 180sx’s. If there’s anything about Japanese parts or cars that I can help with, feel free to email me at shan@j-specimports.ca . The company I work for is also interested in sponsoring/advertising the club, so I’m sure I’ll be postwhoring on here fairly regularly

hi im spilner.

shhhhh im undercover, i dont really work at a speed shop.

Hey, I’m Andrei or Andy, whatever… I’m 15 and I live near Ottawa. I got my first 240sx before getting my lisence and I’m slowly restoring it with a friend, money for the car’s hard to get by so I’m doing a little web design on the side www.panatek.net, my site’s still under construction though…

The car wouldn’t even run when I first got it. We had to change the starter, plugs, oil, distributor, wires and we had to modify a fuel pump from another nissan to fit in ours because ours was dead and we couldn’t afford a new one for the 240. We also cleaned out the whole injector & fuel rail system because it was rusted and filled with gunk so the injectors wouldn’t spray at all.

front of the car… the paint is really weird and screwed up

rusty engine… mm maybe we’ll get a sr20 in there…

doesn’t look half bad inside…

Welcome Andy. Have fun with that car. In no time you’ll be taking pics like a 16year old. NEO is closer to you but from what I have heard SON will make a much safer enviroment for you.
