I wonder what kind of jobs will emerge from mobile devices. Will mobile security analyst be a new job title? I guess if you really got good at this stuff now, your pay check could be pretty hefty.
Lots of companies already do it…However its definitely growing right now look at all the Android/IOS devices out there and business integration.

Blackberry was building up their security team but nobody wants to work for them lol
I doubt that individual companies will hire mobile sec experts, but certainly companies that build security solutions are looking for it heavily.
maybe not yet, but once Windows 8 rolls out, tablets become more involved in business, smartphones are pretty much prevalent throughout any industry.
I forgot that Android apps are written in Java, which only has 3758957039457340573 exploits a release for it. No wonder the amount of exploits.

Although, you may have a team of people responsible for managing mobile devices in general. Many orgs do have that. Security would be part of their responsibilities, and many of the policies they enforce would come from the Security Office. That’s about it.
