Is it possible to take the door off a 240sx with power locks/windows and strip the guts and put my manual windows and stuff… reason I’m asking is I have a buddy that will let me take any part off his 240… and I have rust under my mirror…

Yup.
why so you can fix the rust? i had the same, i simply took off my power mirror, and window trim, and worked from there, masked the window of course, now its all gone, and paint matched!
Why not just leave power window feature all you need is to hook up a +12v
to the motors switch on the door trim and BAM! you have a power window.
