ha,people have no idea
Probably to inspect for cracks. I might check out that Jim guy…
this will 100% work, i have done it, and used mothers aluminum polish. came out awesome. it is a pain in the ass and your hands will hurt, but it will look good.
apparently I ride your sack, sell em to me cheap!
but seriously PM tachycardia about rim repair
They do full refinishing and restoration services as well… been around a while.
They are not cheap, but experts.
seriously newman, just have Tim and I take them to big d next time and pay a little cash (no insurance, but it’s not like it means shit anyways) but have us do them. I’ve heard about a few people on here having wheels damaged but with some common sense/ability and a sweet ass 4 armed coats machine neither of us even scratched a wheel in the 2 years we worked there.
So what place screwed up your wheel so other nyspeeders can avoid them in the future?
ugh that sucks
kustom workz
SWERVE FTW
did this on bladez CCW’s. it takes a TON of time, but those fcking wheels looked better than they did new…
shit dude, should have called us… i wouldn’t have messed them up, if i even thought there was a chance i would have done any damage i would have stopped and openly admitted the machine i was using was not capable of the task at hand and you would have been only out your time.
Yeah, on any rims I care about Paul is the guy I see.
wow thats messed up, thats a shitty way to mess up 3500 worth of jdm goodness
Wow, Kustom Workz really?
Isn’t that place ran by like 25 year olds?
Personally I’m not a fan of the place either, but what the fuck does age have to do with anything?
Shut up, that’s the same as saying isn’t that place run by PR’s? It doesn’t need to be said /end

FYI i’m pretty sure the guy that Joe(nitro) is talking about is the same guy one of my buddies used on his one truck and they turned out awesome. FYI they we’re also close to $1200 a rim and the guy was full insured.
I’ve had Blackforest mount tires for me multiple times. The time they take, and attention to detail make me keep going back.
FWIW aluminum polishes very easily. As long as there is not too much gauging, and there is no coating on the rest of the lip you should be able to get it perfect within an hour or two.
Good luck, those are sweet looking wheels.
It was a weird situation. I do not hold anyone at fault, this happened summer of 07, BTW.
look great…
