ISIS Downpipe hits my S13 Chassis

yoo sup guys.

just putting my exhaust on my car

my setup right now is:
S13 vert chassis
red top sr20det
Nismo engine/tranny mounts
stock manifold
T28
3" Circuit sport elbow

problem:
3" ISIS downpipe, but its touching the top of my floor.

i was told to smash the floor out of the down pipe’s way. im not sure about that. any other suggestions or anyone ever came across this problem?

bash the floor up. Its a 240sx, not a enzo.

Put a wood baseball bat on your jack and jack it into the floor where you need space. This will give the down pipe enough room and leave the floor looking like it was factory indented.

don’t verts have cross bracing under the floor or some shit

is it hitting that by chance?

+1 or use a length of pipe of the same diameter as your downpipe ( 3") and jack it up. Just make sure you secure the pipe to the jack or you could slip and damage something important.

Well i figured common sense would play. I use a 2x4 and a jack.

Could you just get a different down pipe or do they all do this?

here is there it touching, right when the bend is finished, touching the top, not the frame,

i guess ill just try smash it up this weekend or something
