Jam's DWI FYI

Lol. You crap.

In my personal opinion, .08 is way too low for some people. Driving drunk is stupid and I don’t think anyone should do it. .08 is not drunk. Cmon.

Also, more people die walking drunk than driving drunk, 5x more deaths per mile walking vs driving

one last thing, I’m pretty sure this is 100% common knowledge, your best bet is to not drive drunk, end of story. I started this thread to pass on some info if people don’t use their best judgment and find themselves in a bad situation

So going against my best judgement, I’m thinking about robbing a bank. What do you got for me?

Nothing?

Still can get one on a bike lol

No joke, I’ve seen a guy who was handicap and confined to a motorized wheel chair get a dwi in said wheel chair. It was fucked up.

Same dude used to tow other handicap students who didn’t have electric chairs to and from the bar.

FYI I went to edinboro which is a tiny ass town and has the most handicap students, per capita, in the pensylvania state college system.

No you can not.

Really? I thought that it was possible if you caused a traffic accident, hit a pedestrian, ect

No it’s not a motorized vehicle, which is a requirement for the charge of dwi.

Barnaby stands tall in front of the judge and admits his actions. What he did was wrong, but how he handled it was right. Well done.

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh not really… well what he did was wrong, driving drunk is bad. but,

Judge Michael Powers sentenced Barnaby to 100 hours of community service speaking to local school children, alcohol abuse counseling and $1,950 in fines and surcharges.

had he been a reg joe schmoe, he would have been bent over, hard.

he could have walked away with a maybe a $300 fine, no lawyer fees, and a fucking job had he just ran. i mean, hes prob still in good shape, right? HUSTLE BROTHER!

Didn’t say he got the book thrown at him, but he didn’t plead not guilty and whip out some lawyer tricks and make up some bullshit story like someone boobytrapped the front of his car or something.

so with all the NTSB texting while driving report stuff in the news…they attributed over 3000 deaths last year to texting while driving…that is about a 1/3 of the alcohol related traffic deaths… when is it that texting while driving will be viewed as on par with DUI?

It seems crazy till you really think about how distracting texting while driving is. You’re mind is interrupted AND you take your eyes off the road at the same time. I’m guilty at times but do try to wait till a red light. I really need to focus on this and stop doing it.

a friend of mine was driving , after he had been drinking. a lady ran a red light and tboned him and totalled his car, literally 50 feet from his house, and he was charged with a dwi and blamed for the accident because he had been drinking.

drinking and driving… dont do it.
