Btw, how do you colour edit photos in photoshop? If that’s too much of a question.

im not talking about being able to resize, but when u resize a smaller res image, it doesnt look as sharp 
how to do what is done in the pics:
1.duplicate layer
2.goto bottom layer, press ctrl shift U (fast way to greyscale a pic)
3.goto top layer, make a layer mask and mask out what you dont want OR just use eraser to delete what you dont want.
4.to get a bright colour just use levels, and colour balance adjustment unitl you are happy.
