That’s not even worth waking up that early to me. I hope they get enough people and i don’t end up having to go. I hate courts and lawyers with a passion. I wanted to be a lawyer until i had to be a witness a couple years back, scum of the fucking earth.

Actually, it depends on how you fill out the form. Often, if you are salary, you can get away with being paid 2x.
I have jury duty beginning in January… It is a guaranteed month of grand jury. It is going to piss me off to have to drive down there daily, when I can just go to my office and play online.
I got paid by my job, and got a check for $40 each day I was there- which was only 2 days
by your employer or by the state?
maybe I missed something, but I thought the maximum you could get is 20.00 a day from the state (but only if you’re employer didn’t compensate you)?
That would suck… hopefully something like that pays better than standard jury duty
