Some minor progress. Roofing complete and I got the Tyvek (aka Lowesvek) mostly on. Metal delivered and they should be completed by Monday / Tuesday.
Not a great deal to update. Shell was completed a couple weeks ago and I’ve been messing around with electrical. I dug most of the main trench but it was a little tight with the mid sized excavator and couldn’t quite get it completed. Rented a mini mini for the interior / exterior drainage and should allow me to finish the trench while I have it. Also found out when I got my dump cart after letting my “buddy” borrow / use it for almost 3 years, it appears that he figured the general maintenance was my responsibility. Has no brakes, 2 bald tires, and one with a slow leak, not to mention multiple damage / abuse issues. Nice guys finish last I guess.
Hope to get the underground stuff done tomorrow so I can set up my concrete guy for a pour in the next 2-3 weeks. Starting to get too close for comfort this late in the season.

Special thanks to 91MR2 for taking the trip out today. Dug and set the floor drain and piping. Huge help toward getting concrete set. Should have the conduit trench closed up late this week or next weekend. Friggin rain.
Garage doors installed yesterday. Jackshaft operators, nylon rollers, epoxy coated slides with extra height, and remote internet operability.

Somehow managed to get the floor in Saturday. Weather absolutely blew to pour but good for curing. Hope to get it sealed tonight then blitz all the loose ends and get insulation and drywall started. More to come.

Sidenote: Sealed the floor tonight. Nothing stopping me from rolling around on wheels. Not going to pile too much in yet. Keeping things clear for the insulation and drywall guys.
